Terms of use
Every client claims that he/she is at least 18 years of age and agrees
to the terms below.
Every account comes with a 30-day money back guarantee. This guarantee
does not apply for resold accounts. Setup fees and other money paid to
third parties (e.g. InterNIC) are non-refundable.
You must notify us of your will to cancel your membership, within that
30 days. Afterwards, no refunds are available. Acceptable means of cancellation
are:

Money back guarantee does not apply for additional services, including,
but not limited to: additional pop3 and/or other accounts, extra traffic
or disk space, software.
Money back guarantee does not apply if you violate any of the terms, listed
in this document.
Cancellations are processed on program basis. To cancel your account(s)
we accept only e-mail or fax us 30 days before the next billing date.
Your account, then, would be canceled on the next billing date. We don't
refund paid charges for any web hosting accounts or InterNic fees.By free
domains we bill a cancellation fee from minimum 1 Year $ 35 or the paid
period. We do not receive a cancellation in time we automatically renew
the account.
All fees are paid in advance for the upcoming 1-3-6 or 12 months plans.
Foreign domains are welcome. However, you will have to register the domain
manually. We provide you with the name-server data you need.
Excessive traffic costs $0.05/ MB megabyte/ months.
None of our services can be used for illegal purposes. That includes,
but is not limited to: storage or transmission of information, data or
files that violate the United States Federal, State or City law.
Such information/data includes, but is not limited to: pirated software,
copyrighted data and links to sites that provide such software/data.
None of the servers may be the source, intermediary, or destination
address involved in the transmission of Spam, flames or mail bombs. Your
domain may not be referenced as originator, intermediary, or reply-to
address in any of the above. We consider Spam to be any unsolicited commercial
(UCE) or unsolicited bulk email (UBE) in the mediums of Newsgroups, Fax,
and Email. If you are found to have spammed, then we reserve the right
to immediately, without warning, disable your domain. In addition, we
will impose a $1000 penalty for each Spam policy violation. We reserve
the right to refuse or cancel service to known Spammers. Furthermore,
we reserve the right to determine what violates this policy.
Pornography and sex-related merchandising are also prohibited on
all servers. This includes sites that may infer sexual content, or link
to adult content elsewhere. This is also true for sites that promote any
illegal activity or content that may be damaging to our servers or any
other server on the Internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited.
Moreover, any site selling or promoting bulk email software, service,
or addresses is forbidden.
Due to the resources certain web-sites carry, the following are
limited to 3 gigabytes of free monthly traffic:
Domains hosting additional users
Distribution sites. That includes, but is not limited to:
shareware sites, mirror sites, etc.
Multimedia archives, sound, video, mp3
Any site whose primary purpose is file distribution
Each domain has its own cgi-bin directory. You are free to install
and use whatever scripts you wish, but we reserve the right to disable
any CGI script that might effect the normal server operation.
Installing custom chat rooms is not allowed. Chat room software use large
amount of system resources. For nominal monthly charge, you can have installed
one chat room per domain.
Leaving background processes running after logging out is also disallowed.
If you want to have a program running in background, we may allow it after
reviewing your inquiry. Send inquiries to webmaster@101order.com.
IRC, IRC bots TelNet and IRC servers are prohibited on all servers.
Any ATTEMPT to undermine or cause ANY harm to a server is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at our sole discretion.
Any violation of these guidelines will result in immediate deactivation
of services without refund.
